Comments: I bought a foreclosed property and I was given a notice to inform the owner that they need to vacate in 30 days but when I presented it to them they said they aren't moving. What to do I don't want to call bailiffs and all that I hate putting anyone on the streets.

I'm reading this and really surprised. My understanding is that the people selling you the foreclosed property are supposed to get the people out FIRST before selling you the place.
