Lds Teaching Tools
Feel free to add some teaching tools/aides that may be useful for others to use.
This Saturday we have our Enrichment meeting that will deal with healthy eating. I was assigned to talk about proper eating habits and what we should eat and not eat, etc. I will start my lesson showing a regular plastic soda bottle that has been filled with water. I will add a label on it of an skeleton head and bones reading "Danger" or "Poison".
Then I will ask the sisters to drink it, of course they will all refuse so I will say that when we eat the wrong foods that's exactly what we are doing, killing our bodies slowly by poisoning and demonstrating how much we hate our bodies.
