When I lived in Washington state, there was a little fish farm nearby where we could catch fresh rainbow trout and they would clean them for us. Fresh fish and veggies all steamed in lemon and herbs -- delightful! -- and nothing like the stale fish they sell at the grocery store.
Yes I was spoiled eating fresh trout daily as a child we walk .1 miles to the creek and caught breakfast daily. I even did it before school many mornings.
