Having Children When You Don't Have... - Page 2
It's important to remember that parenting in general is a case-by-case basis. Abuse is a strong word, too strong for this discussion. Is it a bad decision that will affect the lives of innocents? For some, certainly. One of the most basic human rights still regarded in most countries is the right to reproduce, and I for one am not comfortable telling someone that they are too poor or disadvantaged to have a child.
