Time to crack down on 'blue light' drivers
I have listened to the Assistant Police Commissioner for crime talk about cracking down on vehicles being driven at nights with tiny blue lights in the headlights instead of the full normal headlights. He said the police have noticed this trend over the last few months. Ref. Source 9
