Yes, I can see where abuse would psychologically cause a child to "Grow up" faster. Since the mind is so powerful I can see where the mind affects the physical development too. On another note, anyone who subjects a child to this type of treatment should be prosecuted and when found guilty sent to a dark hole for their entire life.
