Cards Power Phb Dampd
No I do not use them and I will not allow them in amy of my games. IF the character can not get his own abilities by his own means then he does not have a need for "power" cards. I think the person who came up with the power cards was not getting what they wanted so they had to try to find a short cut to get what they wanted.
