A stock market without stocks
Wayne Iton, managing director of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange (TTSE), has recommended that one way to improve our stock market would be for the Government to divest the shares it holds in state enterprises. He was concerned about the level of activity in the market-26 transactions per day-and volumes drying up. Ref. Source 6
