Could it be that no one informed the pastor?

Do you mean her grandfather? Yes, he is the pastor. How many people do you know will come forward with allegations against the granddaughter of a known and respectable pastor?

Case Cantu Sandra

Could it be that the police also fall in Melissa Huckaby's trap? The lady that stated that Huckaby took her daughter to the park stated that she did it without permission and when the girl returned from the park she could hardly walk. The girl said Huckaby gave her some "water" from Wendy's. The mother of this little girl said she kept telling the police to investigate Huckaby a little more but they did not. Who knows, maybe little Sandra would be alive today if those concerns were having been taking seriously.

Sometimes it is hard to point a finger and say that person is a bad person and then be able to prove it. I think with just one girl being possibly drugged does not make a killer. I think the police could have done more but I do not have access to the evidence they were faced with. Everyone can look back and say this or that should have been done. Hind sight is always 20/20 it is the present that we can not see clearly on. I believe the police did all they could back then. We now know it was not enough.

This case is becoming more bizarre by the minute.

Okay, my question is, if you know or rather suspect that your daughter was drugged, it is prudent to take your concerns to the police right? If the police are not convinced by the woman's story, why would she allow her child out of her sight? I am not a mother but if my little one came home acting strangely, my gut instinct would be to ban my daughter from playing with Huckaby's kid. I know this sounds harsh but I prefer my little one to be safe rather than mourn her death.

If the mother was truly concerned, why didn't she take more measures to protect her daughter? Spending more time with her daughter and keeping a close eye on her would have been helpful.

I have a theory. Is it possible that Huckaby is covering for someone? Maybe a relative, a lover or someone she is close to? Perhaps someone she knows very well confided in her about what he did and she decided to help him? A large part of me hopes and prays that this woman did not do this heinous crime. I am not sure if I may be biased but it just sickens me to know that a mother of one, could be capable of such a brutal crime.

I have two questions: did the police interview Huckaby's own daughter for sexual molestation? Did the police order a medical examination on this little girl (Huckaby's kid)?

You're right Geenie, but this incident with the lady happened BEFORE little Sandra went missing.

Personally, I think she did it. One of my theories is that she did it with the purpose of child pornography (probably filming the abuse and selling it).

As far as I know, there are no reports although I am pretty sure investigations are taking place. We will know in few weeks what was the cause of death of little Sandra.

Wow, more you learn about this woman more close you are to realize what a demon she is. She is supposed to plea today, I am pretty sure she would say "no guilty" rolleyes.gif. Anyhow, she is now a "person of interest" in two 2007 arsons in La Palma, Calif., about 350 miles away from where she lives.

The mother of little Sandra was in Dr. Phil and she could not talk, she cried all through the show.

Also, the sister of the little girl that Huckaby took to the park and drugged is speaking up and giving details of the ordeal, reading the whole thing make this woman a demon in human form. God knows why she drugged this kid since according to doctors the girl was not raped, but does not mean she was not molested:

Reading all this and then seeing those crocodile tears make me want to vomit. Hope the prosecutor ask for death penalty!

I am not sure but I think the state of California does not have the death penalty. Therefore she would only get life. Like I said I could be wrong.

Yes, California has the death penalty so I look forward to see if the prosecutor will ask for it or we will see a bias decision on the solely fact that she is a woman. rolleyes.gif
