Melissa Huckaby did not enter a plea today, she is expected to do so next month. The results of the autopsy are ready but they have been sealed by the Judge who thinks that releasing the information will cause an uproar in the general public.

Is it possible that Melissa herself was a victim of sexual abuse? The reason I ask this is because now the investigation is also going towards another ramification. The FBI is questioning people at the Warner Alliance Church in North Idaho about Pastor Lane Lawless. (Melissa's grandfather) since many years ago, Lawless was questioned about alleged child abuse but he was never charged or have a criminal investigation open.

Even as a possible victim of child abuse that still does not make it right for what she did to this innocent little life. I hope for her sake that she can be placed in solitary confinement in prison so she is not tortured by the other prisoners.

While I would love to see her tortured and brutally beaten I think it would be worse for her to be in a small dark cell 23 hours a day alone with no one to talk to.

What do you all think of the judge decision of not making public the results of the autopsy to avoid "public outrage"?

People are already horrified and in shock that a Sunday School Teacher who happens to be a female, could be capable of such a heinous crime. The results of the autopsy must be very serious and would create more turmoil for Huckaby. I suspect the judge is regarding her safety at this point and does not want this to become a "public trial."

It is reported that when the police were looking for Sandra Cantu, they found child pornography in several homes within the trailer park. The police called it a "challenging environment".

Melissa Huckaby is now formally charged with poisoning a 7 years old girl and also a man. The relationship with the two isn't clear, and the type of toxic drug used wasn't disclosed.
