Mobile phone users get more value for money

According to Signals Telecom Consulting, the average yield in minutes from a US$10 prepaid telephony top-up in the Caribbean increased to 55.8 minutes in 2008 from 42.8 minutes in 2007. The results originated from a study that analysed the prepaid offers of 62 operators in 23 markets in the Caribbean and Bermuda in 2008. Ref. Source 7
