One thing seems more clear is that Chaz Higgs, who was found guilty of murder, did in fact carry out a plot to remove his wife Cathy Augustine Hicks using a drug that immobilizes a person. If Chaz Higgs had actually killed his wife, it was a horrific. He obvuously truly hated her. It would have been a terrifying death. As a registered nurse, he would have known the outcome. He slits his wrists the night of his trial. One culd say it was due out of guilt...or he would rather the media think he was a murderer than she top herself... I think it all seems a little fishy...

True, what is also fishy is the way Cathy's husband died and she only after three weeks married Chaz Higgs. The sons of Cathy's former husband say that they think Chaz Higgs murdered him in order to marry Cathy. Some feel that it may have been a dual plan, in other words Cathy was also in on it.
