I was recently watching "The World's Oldest Conjoined Twins" On TLC and was very impressed with the twins' brother who was devoted to ensuring their needs were met. WHat are your thoughts?

My heart breaks seeing them, specially because they're no longer are as mobile as they would like to be. Their brother seems to be very caring, it is nice to see they have that kind of support. One question I have is to find out whether they're autistic or have other type of neurological condition? I got that impression by hearing them that they may be in the spectrum?
