Trying NOT To Look Pregnant

I've heard that women who are obsessed with Trying NOT To Look Pregnant by not eating as they are supposed to are not ready to be mothers and often starving their unborn babies. Is this true?

I don't get this, what is the problem with looking natural? The worst is women who starve themselves to maintain a figure when in fact they should be gaining weight as it is important for the nutrients of the baby.
