Bandit shot dead in Licensing hold-up

A DARING attempted daylight robbery at the St James branch of the Licensing Office turned fatal for one of the would-be robbers yesterday, when a police officer who was in the building whipped out his gun and fired at them, hitting one of the men multiple times. Ref. Source 3
