When Democrats in Congress pushed the Obamacare bill through, pro-life groups warned about rationing that could take place as a result. Although liberal groups and the mainstream media laughed at the projections, they are now coming to pass.

Poll: Majority of Americans Oppose Obama Abortion-HHS Mandate

A new poll shows that, by a 20-percentage point margin, Americans oppose the HHS mandate the Obama administration put in place that requires religious employers to pay for abortion-causing drugs for their employees.

The new poll surveys both voters nationally and in the battleground state of Colorado. In both cases, voters rejected the mandate. Source 5

Pro-Lifers Win First Appeals Court Victory Against HHS Mandate

A federal appeals court today issued an order granting a motion for a preliminary injunction that temporarily blocks the implementation of the HHS mandate against a Missouri business owner.

The decision is the first occasion on which a pro-life plaintiff has secured a legal victory against the HHS mandate at the federal appeals court level. Most of the dozens of cases against the HHS mandate are still at the federal district court level. Ref. Source 7
