Thank you, Sol my friend. Mom is doing better today, she even baked a cake! But she still tires easily and I think it's going to be a few days before she comes out from under this one. It's one more reminder that she's not as young as she used to be...JB, would that it could be that way. Alas, I can think of a dozen ways a Carlos would just be more demands on time and attention. For instance, if I'm dating, how can I be *here*?

Farseer, I was just reading your post in the 'Fastest Typist' thread, and I saw that you learned the steno machine. That is so intriguing, because, as I mentioned, my wife is currently going to school for court reporting, and she is finding that the profession is very rare indeed.
