I really enjoyed this movie. It gave a perspective of US history that I had not thought about before. Of course Mel puts his heart into every movie he acts in and he did no less with this one, especially in the role of father. What is your review?

Patriot The

I recently read that Mel was born in the US, raised in Australia, then returned to the US.

I really liked Patriot. Since he got back to his Catholic roots, his movies have been much more substantial, and Patriot really showed the depth and effort he now puts into his work.

What I really liked about Patriot is that it showed the true horror of the warfare. Of course, Mel Gibson has a lot of experience with graphic violence, but his work in this movie was exceptional.

I loved the movie. I felt very touched about Gibson's role on it. It was fantastic!!! A great movie that describes the horror of war. One of the best movies I have ever seen.

This was a great movie. Its helpful to get a look into what the early settlers had to do for America. I wish there were more movies like this.
