What are your thoughts about the case of Marcus Schrenker & Michelle Daley where Marcus Schrenker was accused of faking his own death?

Marcus Schrenker was a mini Madoff. The question really is whether Michelle had any part in it. According to some so far she does not even though on a 2005 web site owned by them she introduces herself as the CFO!

Marcus Schrenker seemed to be really desperate to crash a working plane to fake his death. He should have aimed for the ocean and not a military base!

I think anyone who is willing to try and fake his own death to get out of trouble is going to be in more trouble. I am not sure if Michelle is in on it but she was the CFO according to her.

20/20 had an updated report on this with a one on one interview with Marcus Schrenker. He is spending 50 months in an Indiana prison. He claims he had bipolar disorder and that is why he reacted so irrationally. He denies all the charges of trying to fake his death and says he was trying to commit suicide.

A little over 4 years? Shame! Based on the money he stole and the aftermath he should be in prison for much longer. He is lucky he was diagnosed as Bipolar, that's what caused the leniency on his sentence.

In my opinion, Michelle was involved. I do not believe that just by chance she filed for divorce the day before they raid their house. No way. Maybe she was not involved in the whole aftermath BUT yes the prior business deals.

Oh my gosh I remember this case. He's lying through his teeth and his wife as well. I'm shocked she isn't in prison, she should! It's obvious that she was involved in the whole business.

Do you all remember Marcus Schrenker, right? Well, he will be spending 10 years in prison for what he has done. He is lucky, he could have gotten a more harsher sentence as far as I am concerned.
