I truly doubt we are building a base in South Smerica that we can use to invade Venezuela. As far as his about it's proven that we are working to destabilize thier economy, that is simply parroting the leftists in charge there. If destabilization means we helped the price if crude drop by pumping… that's called supply and demand.
