I have read seriously disturbing cases but this one is probably in the top 3. My jaw dropped reading the allegations! We're speaking about a "mother" who gave up her son for adoption 10 years ago, search for him and then rape him. If this is true (she says she is innocent) MONSTER! Hope you don't kill yourself, let Bubba's wife deal with you!

I was following this case. The boy (her son) is 15 years old. Apparently his family was looking for his birth mom because the teen was unmanageable. According to the woman's testimony it was him who coerced her to have sex with him and because she felt guilty that she put him up for adoption when he was 5, she did it.
Are we supposed to believe this story?

All I can say about this is it is wrong for an adult to have sex with a minor. Anyone especially a mother having sex with her own son is wrong. This lady should spend a lot of time in prison and be labeled a sexual predator.

I think this has to be the most horrifying story I have ever read in my entire life! I want to believe that all of this cannot be true! The medical mental health experts are horrified because everyone knows that women are regarded as the care takers in society. But not anymore! Nowadays, they seem to be competing with men in committing the most heinous crimes of all. I cannot fathom why this woman would take the time to track her son down on the internet, seduce and rape him, knowing fully well, he was her own flesh and blood! Something about this just does not sound right. The only reason I could think of is, perhaps she was a rape victim herself but this does not explain why she could commit such an unthinkable act! I could understand if she was raped, it would shed some light on why she would give up her son. But it is unsettling to know that there are some women in this world who are capable of such evil acts.

This story is just as horrifying and as disgusting as the first. How would a mother feel so guilty for giving up her son for adoption, agree to have sex with him? That makes no sense to me. I would have thought she would try to buy his forgiveness by purchasing expensive gifts, not have sex! Or she could have even lied to him and say that she does not love him and that's why she gave him up for adoption. Sounds cruel but it is a lot better than the above stories.
I think it is time for me to pray. Not just for myself or my family but for the world. Especially for this woman, her son and his adopted family!

Oh boy, this is terrible! To add insult to injury, 9 years imprisonment is nothing!
Regardless of who enticed who, it goes against the law of nature, and really sickens me!
I think the adoptive parents who led the search for the birth mother have a lot to answer for also, as there are reasons why children are taken away from their parents in the first place, and it normally starts with the fact that they aren't fit or able to look after those children!

Nine years is a very light sentence to be handed down. I wonder if this light of a sentence was because the felon was a female. I would hope that it is not the case but it did pop into my mind. I still hope that she has to be registered as a sex offender. I know I did not see it listed that she had too.
