Palm Reading  

Anyone ever had their palm read?  Do you believe in it?


I've had people read what the lines on my hand means, but not nesscarily read like on t.v. I sorta believe in it. But not entirely.  :-/

I have had my palm read, but it was many, many years ago.  ;)  I do remember some of the what the lines were intrpreted as, and others I don't.  I don't believe in the palm reading completely.

I used to like all this kind of things, I was always a very mystical person but really, I don't believe it at all, how can simple lines on your hand say something about our 'destiny'? nah, I don't believe it.

If the palm reading is true, then I'll have a strange life. Why? My life line disappears for a moment, and it reappears later... Oh well, we shall see. ;D

I've been into palmistry for a while now and have been trying to teach myself how to read palms. I've done quite a few people at my school and in about 2 years I've found maybe one or two things that didn't match up. I think it can show a lot about a person's personality, but I don't believe it will show what will happen. I don't think anything can predict what is to come.

I view palm reading much like I do any kind of fortune telling. I don't want anything to do with it. I don't believe the lines on my hand can tell you anything of my life, except maybe if I have suffered an injury to one of my hands you could see that.

How can a line on my palm really predict anything about my life. It is absolutely ridiculous. People may be able to do some predicting, but it really has nothing to do with the lines on your hand. Some of these readers become good at guessing based upon the conversations they have with you, in my opinion. Much can be read into what we say and our body language, etc. I doubt you would get a very accurate reading if you went to someone and gave them your palm, but refused to have any conversation with them at all. Don't answer any questions or give them feedback either.

I had my palm read once at a county fair. It was definately a joke and a waste of money. I was told nothing of any significance, probably because I offered no responses or help in predicting my future.

I have to agree with Tenaheff on this one, it is one of the many ploys of people to take away money and give false hopes to the unsuspecting 'patrons of the affair'.

Hello i am new around here. And about the topic i myself perform palmistry readings. I can answer questions concerning specific lines and general info. Of course i believe in that. The hand is a very valuable source of information about the person.
