I am going crazy here! I'm a Chiefs fan, GO CHIEFS! Playoff football always gets me pumped, even when my team isn't good enough to be in the playoffs. Steelers are a good team, but Rburger is young, and he isn't going to beat a veteran team like the Pats or a psychotically good offensive team like the Colts. Todays game between the Pats and Colts is the real Super Bowl in my eyes. I hope I can sleep when I get off work this morning, I'm so Psyched up for this game! And no matter what happens today remember.....CHIEFS RULE!
Wow! What an awesome game! Not a particularly excellent game for the Steelers, but as a fan...I have never watched a more hair-pulling, jumping, kicking, screaming game in my life. I feel very sorry for Brien, but I love him all the more...The major Steeler's fault of that game=Big Ben played like a rookie. But how can you say Big Ben won't beat the Pats? He dominated them before. I hope that the Patriots win this one, because personally, Indiannapolis is playing even better than their regular season. But, no matter who it is, we can be ready for them. Yes, last game was close, but if we get our passing attack back together (a.k.a. get good passes to Burress, not bad ones, we will be OK). Our running game was fine yesterday, and our defense wasn't too bad. Well, I'm still a little shocked we got the W from that game, and I'm having a little trouble typing, so untill next week...
Prediction:
Indiannapolis-27
New England-24
So, Straker, it seems you were a bit wrong in your prediction about the Pats vs. Indy game, no? Pats win 2 to 3! Yes, it was a blowout, but it wasn't the Pats that lost as you predicted.
I didn't get to see the game. It probably was one I would have loved to see because it is always most fun to watch when your team is winning...maybe next week.
I won't make any predictions about next week, but I have one recommendation...don't be too sure of yourself or your team. You got this one wrong, you just might be wrong next week too. I know, I hope so.

Geeze...that forum watchdog is annoying. Anyways, tenaheff, you sure like to heckle me. But you won't get a chance next week. As I said, Indianappolis would have been a tougher opponent for us anyways...be prepared to face total domination when the Steeler's beat the Pats on the road to the Super Bowl 20-17. Remember, God is on our side....and so is Doug Brien....
P.S. However, I will note, that Tom Brady played better than usual. But that is of couse against the worst defense in the league. Once Big Ben takes off that stupid glove, you shall see a real quarterback play...just like you got to see last time. Oh, yea, and this time, don't let the Bus get a 33 yard gain after he runs for the 10th time in a row straight up the middle.
You have to be kidding me. The steelers are gonna have to play better than that to beat the Pats. The steelers have a winning record on their side at home, but the Pats have experience. I look to see the Pats break the winning streak of the steelers at home by a score of 21-17.

Its early thursday morning and the tension is in the air! three days remain until the final two combatants will be chosen for the Superbowl! Who will remain, Steelers, Patriots, Falcons, or Eagles? No one knows, but everyone cares! If your a football fan, it doesn't get any better than this, its count down time to the Superbowl, Im not gonna miss a second!
I wasn't talking about only this forum, Tenaheff, but I did not mean it as an insult or anything. Sorry! Yea, I know that I will be open to a verbal beating if the Steelers lose, but...they won't! Roethlisberger got rid of that stupid glove, and I think that the Steelers will be able to control the clock for most of the game. Yes, the Pats line of Vrabel, McGinest, and Brusci is incredible, but an injury-wracked secondary and a Seymour-less linbebacker squad will hurt them greatly. Yes, the secondary did quite well against the Pats, but Indy did not have a running game, and Manning was the victim of many dropped passes. As for a score of 21-17...This game will be won by a field goal--I would bet on it. The Pats better do a better job of not letting the Steelers get a combined 220-250 yards this game.
Alright, well I am very tired, and very happy that midterms are over (Thank the Lord!), but I'd thought I'd respond so you didn't think I'd left. So, you have untill Sunday to prepare for the beat-down you have coming for you...
P.S. You do know that I am not really serious, right? You sound as if you are actually getting angry at me, when I am pretty sarcastic in most of my posts. If it is annoying, I will stop, but otherwise forums get kinda boring...
