Thomaslee I think it better if I follow up with you here about games you would prefer to play in.

World of Darkness, I would be running Hunter The Reckoning or Mage The Ascension.

As for Traveller, I am new to the system and am only a player. I have none of the printed material.

Nice, you named Classic World of Darkness books. Though I warn a possible issue with playing HtR is that I have at least a basic knowledge of all the monsters of WoD and this is more recommended for complete newcomers. Would have to worry about metagame and such things, though I might be able to pull off ignorance.

Mage the Acention is much more of my interest anyway, and I have a few ideas on characters. I also have the PDF of the book. This would be my choice.

Honestly, I don't know much about Traveller either though what I do know makes me interested to give it a try.

Because it is a diceless Roleplay with an unique way of gaining you initial stats though an auction system. It is a game where you get to go to different worlds, different universes though an infinate stairways of doors that only the players and NPCs like them can travel if they take a certain power.

More, not only is there in this setting an infinate variety of worlds to explore, but you get to even take one as your own domain. If a player is so inclined, they could even have their character play themselves off as a god for the fact the baseline stats make these lords and ladies of gossamer and shadows more powerful than those on the worlds they explore.

There is also a system on intrigue in place, with NPC lords and ladies as well as with the characters of the party. Hiding your stats and being in competition is part of regular play though there are suggestions and advice if you wish for players to be more cooperative with each other. For them to work together without worry if conflict.

There is more, but that is the basic of it. I just feel it could be a lot of fun to play.
