Recently I did a Theme for someone that showed good in FireFox and Internet Explorer 8 but it did not show so well in Internet Explorer 6 or 7. I an not a fan of IE and decided to uninstall 8 for version 6 instead. It is better to view how people using older versions of IE see your web design layout.

Just so you know. To uninstall IE8 just go to Start --> Control Panel --> Add / Remove Programs --> Unistall Windows 8.

You will be asked to restart. When you do so and your machine reloads it will probably start trying to download IE8 again for an install. Just choose to do custom setup and uncheck to install. When you close the window Windows Automatic Updates 9if you have it turned on) will then try to download and install IE7 - do the same thing unless you rather work with that version.
