Ryorst walks over to the flap and hold it open. HE can not really see much other than what appears to be some bones and feathers hanging down one the other side of the hole he made. He believes now that it was a feather that may have touched his face. The cave turns just beyond the bones so he will have to enter the back behind the flap to see if there is anything in this part. SO far all he sees is boones and feathers. It smells as bad as the rest of the cave. This smell makes it so the wolf and everyone else can not smell anything else.

Ryorst walks into the area behind the flap by flinging it wide and strolling in as quietly as possible. As he steps in he hears a very loud bit of chocking and wheezing behind him. SO much for sneaking up on anything.

As he looks around the bend he sees three large chests along the far wall with three make sift beds roughly giant sized. He does not see anything else in the room.

You have no problem with getting the chest out to the front of the cave. None of the chests are locked and when you open them you find the following items:

Chest one: 5,000 Plat, 4,000 gold and 2,000 silver.

Chest two: 10,000 Plat, a suit of leather armor, a helm, and three rings (two golden and one silver).

Chest three: Two pairs of boots, a suit of elven chain mail, A great axe, a long sword, and 6,000 gold.

Ekog seen not other dangers or hidden paths inside the cave. There seemed to be no traps on the chests at all.

Let me know what your next actions are.

You load the chests into the carriage and head back to town.

Those who searched the cave for anything they might have missed do not find anything in the cave or outside it. There is nothing more to do with the cave.

Once you all make it back to town you all receive 500 experience from the treasure.

When the mage casts detect magic all weapons, armor, rings and the chest give off a faint glow of magic.

He will need to take a few hours to identify al the items. Here is a list of what you have:

3 magical chests
2 rings of substance and a ring of +2 protection
a +2 suit of leather
a +2 suit of elven chain mail
a helm of insanity
a +2 long sword
a +2 great axe
two pair of boots of striding

As you shop in town there are no armor or weapons available to buy that have over +1 enhancements.

In the magic specialty shop they offer +1 rings of protection and a few +1 amulets. The mages here have little time to make better items.

The chests were never identified so they are of unknown magical items.

Beast it will be 2 gold a day for six months to get your intelligence to 8. This will be intense training of the mind taking 12-14 hours a day. If Beast wants to do this he will be very occupied.

The caravan will not leave until two days. They are hoping that you will escort them back for the same pay.

The chests are magical in nature in the fact that they will weight the same as if empty no matter what you put into it. This way they can hold a whole sword or a suit of armor without worrying about space requirements. They are similar to that of a bag of holding. Each chest will hold the equivalence of 12,000 gold pieces.

You do not hear about any other jobs as the talk around town mostly centers around the fact that they can mow mine rock without worrying about the giants. This is big news and the people are not as worried about the orcs as they once were. You do hear that the fact that the orcs have not attacked in the past few days is strange. People are wondering if a bigger mass attack is being planned.

On the morning of the second day you all meet at the main south gate before the sun has risen. It is a chill morning with fog hanging on the ground. All sound seems louder than normal. The caravan leader gives you all your 100 gold advance with the promise that the second hundred will be given when you arrive safely back in Stratter. You form up and the caravan leaves the gates of Nevestrel as you begin the journey back south.

I need to know where everyone is at in the caravan and what your actions are while riding if any.
