Those in the village:

You venture out in the downpour to assist the merchant with his wagon and horses. Slipping a few time and muttering some curses you make your way to the wagon and help him get it moving again. HE yells his thanks over the driving rain and offers you a warm place and a fire to dry yourself off as you assist him in getting into the back of a storage building. Once inside and the doors are shut he will offer you each 3 silver for assisting him before leading you up some back stairs to a room with a pot bellied stove that radiates welcomed warmth.

Once you all have sat down to dry out and have a couple tankards of mead that the merchant offers you he asks if your interested in helping him out with a small problem.

Main Party.

You are able to get within melee range before the ORcs are able to free yourself. The front ranks are pretty much decimated by your first and second attack due to the +4 attack for a held or helpless creature. The orcs in the back ranks are able to break off their help in freeing their comrades and come around to try and flank you. You where able to kill eight Orcs in the first two rounds.

The orcs have broken into two groups one coming thru the trees from the south east and one coming thru from the south west. The leader of the orcs is farther back on the main road directing the two groups. The two sub leaders are at the back of groups yelling commands. You see the hooded figure at the road by the orc leader speaking to him.

I need to know what actions the party is going to take. I will also need combat rolls for those who wish to enter combat and which party of orcs your going to deal with. Each party of orcs looks to have around 12 orcs in it this includes the sub leaders.

Main party:

You move to the southwest and engage the orcs there. Ryorst moves into their ranks felling orcs with Oliron right behind. Ryorst so far is unscathed but after he has killed three orcs he is faced with the sub leader. I will need to know if Ryorst plans any thing special when dealing with the sub leader.

Oliron was hit for 3 points damage in the second round. But ended up killing two orcs so far.

Nei I have no attacks for.

Eth so far has missed in her attacks with the main leader and the mage.

The mage in turn has cas some sort of magical barrier over itself.

The village:

The merchant looks at you three and tells you that he has a small rat problem in one of his warehouses. HE does not dare store any more grain in there for fear of it becoming a even bigger problem. IF you could assist him in clearing out the rat infestation he will give the group 50 gold.

Ryorst squares off with the sub commander and strikes at him hard. The sub commander goes down after a couple vicious hits. Meanwhile Oliron is still attacking the regular orcs, killing more of them. After Ryorst has killed the sub commander he turns and assists oliron with finishing off the rest. One does get in a lucky strike and hits Oliron for 7 points damage. At the end of the sixth round you have cleaned out the ones on the southwest side. Nei calls out to you and as you turn you see the ones from the south east side almost upon you. Nei swings his weapon but misses. A orc swings at him hitting him for 8 points damage.

Eth was unable to hit the mage or the commanding orc. SHe switches to the ones around Oliron and managed to assist them in killing the orcs. She turn and is able to distract the orc that about to finish off Nei. The other sub commander sees her and fires two arrows at her. She takes 6 points damage.

Village group:

The merchant gives you directions to a warehouse on the south east edge of town. It will be hard to miss as it is the biggest building on that edge of town. You have no difficulty finding it. I will need a marching order before you enter the warehouse. There are two doors into the warehouse. One on the north side that is a regular door. The other door is on the east side and is a large sliding door that seems to be barred from the inside. The regular door is unlocked and opens outward towards you. You see a crudely made sign that reads: danger large rats.

Main party

You all engage the second party of Orcs. Ryosrt and Oliron wade in hacking and slashing as Nei struggles to fall back and heal himself. Nei takes a added 4 points damage as he disengages from the fight before Ryorst and Oliron arrive to assist. Eth shoots at but misses the orc that attacked Nei. The leader attacks her with arrows. Eth is hit for 9 points damage. Oliron in the five rounds that it takes to kill all the orcs is hit for a total of 10 points damage. Ryorst you escape from damage until you arrive at the sub leader. He hits you for 14 points damage as he had init. I need rolls from you for your attacks on him. His ac is 24.

I need Ryorst to post his actions in the party leader thread to finish this battle. Once I have that I will post the rest of the battle results.

Ryorst Bellows in rage and the sub leader bellows in rage back at him. Ryorst hits the sub leader causing harm to him. The sub leader hits Ryorst back for 30 points damage before falling to Ryorst's next blow that cuts him in two. Ryorst looks around and sees no other orcs around before he drops his weapon and collapses on the ground. (I think you are at 0 hit points if I added correctly.) Oliron looks and sees that all the orcs are down and that Nei, Eth and Ryorst are down as well.
Oliron looks to the road going south and you see the orc leader disappearing into the trees to the west. The hooded figure casts a spell and Oliron feels the impact of bolts hitting him. Oliron takes 12 points damage from magic missile spell.

The battle is over. Say what you wish to do now.

The Village -

You open the door and see a dark warehouse. With a torch lit the vision of the half elf is limited greatly. The thrown torch with the light spell arcs across the warehouse and strikes a large stack of crates and falls to the ground. You hear the scurrying of feet and around a stack of crates across from you you see two pairs of glowing eyes.
