Krusten and Zork head out and look around the corridors to see if they can figure out where the goblins are coming from. They search the corridor right outside the room and the one heading to the north south corridor where the four bodies are located. Do you want to search farther?

Inside the room Faerydae works on the boy and Arthos to try and help them. Her cure minor wounds eases the boys pain. The girls sit back and watch as they see two more join the group and one obviously will not have a normal life ever again.

Zork and Krusten search the area of the wall at the end of the south corridor. Zork finds a latch and when depressed the wall slides open revealing a corridor continueing south for 30' before it turns back to the west. You both listen down this new corridor but do not hear anything.

Meanwhile up in the room Arknoth tries using rope and the horse to pull the anchors out of the wall. The horse strains but is not able to make leeway. Maybe if this was a draft horse designed for work and not just a riding horse it would have made a difference.

You are able to pile the goblins up outside the secret door and with some of their equipment and weapons rig up a early warning system but will it be loud enough to reach the room you are staying in.

Meanwhile looking at the rope the horse and the chains you figure that there is enough room for everyone to get a hold of the chain or rope and pull. You also figure it may be easier to break just a chain link instead of trying to pull the anchor out. The girls watch what your doing with anticipation.

Under Faerydae,s care Arthos will wake up in the morning with 2 hit points.

As everyone is getting up to start the new 'day' Zork and Avan head out to check the bodies that were piled up. As you near the secret entrance you can see the bodies are as you left them undisturbed.

You open the secret door again and head inside the corridor following it down to the turn. As you look around the left you see it stretching away straight west. If you follow it you will find it goes 60 feet and then continues as stairs going down.

Zork follows the staircase down after 100 feet you come to the bottom of the stairs. The corridor goes straight another 20 feet before it turns to the North. Looking around the corner you see that the corridor heads north at least 30 feet.

Inside the room with the three girls and one boy they are feeling much better and Arthos is now at 6 hit points total. The boy is happy to be alive but he feels he will not be worth much help to others missing part of his left leg and missing his whole left arm.

Avan takes the wounded boy and the girl out of the caves and back to the farms. The farmers are working in the fields when they spot you coming. They soon call out to the others and everyone comes towards you to see what has happened. When they gather around one says she knows the girl and will take her home to help you recover and then help her back to her family. Another couple come forward and take their son from the horse and thank you for saving him. They will help him recover and get back to helping around the farm as much as he can. After listening to your tale of two others in the caves being held one farmer heads back to his farm. He soon returns carrying a travel anvil and blacksmith tools. "Lead me to this place and I will free the lasses.".
