While everyone is shopping and discussing things a old man appears. He talks to Krusten for a short bit before heading out into the general market place where he talks to her over by a covered wagon. You can not hear what he says to her but you do see him hand her a bow. When Krusten takes a hold of it she feels a slight shock. The man tells her that is just it attuning itself to you. "Good luck with your travels fair lady." He bows and then climbs aboard the wagon and heads off. He soon is lost among the crowds.

Kmax your character can not have a magical necklace to start the game.

Boots of dancing preform as other boots until you are in combat then they cause you to dance around during the combat no saving throw is allowed to resist the dancing.

Kristen the old man will hand you your arrows. He tells you that yes they can be reused as long as they are not damaged or broken from use like any other arrow.

When Faerydae tries to take off the boots of dancing they do not come off. No matter how much she pulls or tugs they are locked on her feet. Others can try to get them off but they will not come off. Only way to remove them is to go to a temple and have a remove curse spell placed on the boots. The cheapest temple will charge 4,000 gold to remove the boots and dispose of them. The same goes for Krusten when she tries to remove her boots of dancing. Total will be 8,000 gold to get both removed.

George tells you that the boots of speed will do the following:

As a free action the wearer of the boots of speed can click her heels together and then can move as if effected by a haste spell. (A hasted creature gains a +1 bonus on attack rolls and a +1 dodge bonus to AC and Reflex saves. Any condition that makes you lose your Dexterity bonus to Armor Class (If any) also makes you lose dodge bonuses. All of the hasted creature’s modes of movement (Including land movement, burrow, climb, fly, and swim) increase by 30 feet, to a maximum of twice the subject’s normal speed using that form of movement. This increase counts as an enhancement bonus, and it affects the creature’s jumping distance as normal for increased speed.) This also allows you to make an additional attack per round. The boots last for 10 rounds per day. The 10 rounds does not have to be consecutive.

Faerydae will get her boots off her after talking it over with the clerics in her temple. They will only charge her 2,500 gold. Since Krusten was in the same temple and Faerydae told them she was one of her companions they will only charge her the same amount. So total of 5,000 gold.

Holy symbols can help ward you from evil but not stop it. As far as finding out if something is cursed one needs to use a mage spell. You can ask your god and see if he helps but do not always count on that. The council will see about finding if there is a way to detect a curse and place it into a holy symbol for you.

Like I stated before rations and other food stuff can be bought in the general store or any tavern or inn. The price is in the book.

The clothing will be bought from you for a total of 4 silver.
