Pundit - you miss

Krusten - You miss twice

Ryorst is out of the battle

Namdar is out of the battle

Beast - You miss

Oliron you hit the lone orc that is left in front of the house killing it.

Aive attacks the other orc first striking it with his sap. The sap hits the orc in the throat causing the orc to drown in its own blood.

The battle is over. 17 Orcs lay dead around the farm stead.

Game Post Play Dragons and Dungeons

Aive goes into the house and finds two small children really scared. As you lead them out to their mother they rush into her arms. She is happy to see them still alive. You place a blanket around her to help her modesty. As you move to the dorr to untie the farmer you find him dead. The slamming of the door open caused him more damage than he could stand. You pull his limp body off the door.


You start to pull the orcs to a spot in between the smoldering barn and the house. Each Orc has leather armor, a falchion, small wooden shield, and a short bow.

Krusten is able to find enough arrows to replace those she lost. Otherwise you find 43 other arrows.

Ryorst and Namdar are unable to do anything until wounds are taken care of.

Aive you find no gems.

Pundit is able to tell that the Orcs came from the west. They did not even attempt to hide their tracks. You also heal Namdar for 8 points. You spend the rest of your spells on Ryorst. HE looks better but he has not regained consciousness yet. Ryorst you are now at -2 hit points. With the care that Oliron is giving you you will be at -1 in the morning.

Aive you also find 43 gold, 28 silver, and 82 copper coins on the orcs.

The charisma of the widow is only 12. The kids are 3 and 5.

Page 12 Game Post Play Dragons and Dungeons

You camp the night at the farm and all wake up refreshed after a nice sleep. The farmers wife and her two sons will travel to the village with you. They have nothing left to live here for. One more farm is now vacant.

The next couple days on the main road are slow but uneventful except for Ryorst finally being healed. Over the two days you all are healed of any damage you were suffering thanks to Pundit. You arrive in the village passing through its gates road weary but thankful.

Here are your experience points: 1,050 to the following characters, Namdar, Pundit, Beast, Avie, Krusten, Ryorst, and Oliron. Please post your new hit points, skills, feats, spells, equipment and weapons that you buy in the character development thread so I can note your character sheets.

The town will pay you for each head and the market will give you 5 gp per leather armor and 1 gp per wooden shield you took off the orcs, They will give you 50 gp for each falchion and 20 gold for each short bow you got from the orcs.

The woman thanks you as you enter town and she takes her sons and walks down a street away from you.

The city council is pleased at the number of orcs that have been killed. They still keep their bounty on orcs. The city council is also offering a reward of 1,000 gold to any party member that can find out what has happened to the Earl who lived in the stronghold about five days north and west of the village. He nor his family have been heard from for the past few months. The City council think the Orcs have taken over the strong hold and are using it as a base. The city council still is offering person to guard a caravan to the next village north.

The City council has sent word to the Duke that some are questioning his loyalty. He reassures the City council that their city is still under protection and safety of the Duke. He sent his adopted daughter along with a squad of guards to make sure the City was well advised of their continued safety.

Namdar hears people talking about how the Dukes advisor may be corrupt. The people all seem excited to see Natasha for she loves to shop at the various dress makers. The shop owners all tell people about how wonderful she is. Her beauty is always the talk when she is there.

The council tells you that the caravan is a supply caravan to the north city of Nevestral. It is a important caravan as the council has heard that the city has been regularly attacked by orc forces. Two caravans have been lost in the past two months. It is vital that supplies reach the town. They are paying 100 gold now and 100 gold when you arrive at Nevestral. The return trip will be paid the same. It is 100 gold each paid to each member that signs up. Individuals have to sign up to receive their gold in advance. The caravan will leave the morning after enough sign up.

A round trip is 400 gold. They caution you that it is a perilous journey and that other adventurers have not survived.

Everyone who has signed up please add 100 gold coins to your character sheet. The Caravan will be ready to depart at dawn at the north gate.


As dawn approaches the party meets with the Caravan. The caravan leader will ask that one of you sit at the head of the caravan with him. IF you wish you can ride next to the wagon. Once all is ready the north gates swing open for the day. The caravan leader yells out to move out and the caravan lurches forward as the twelve wagons start to move north. This is a six day trip one way.
