Girl Year Film Attack

This just shows why some kids should not have cell phones. Many abuse the privilege of having a phone and parents are unaware of what their kids are doing with these phones. I think giving a kid a cell phone that has no camera or video capabilities is the way to go. This way they can just call or text.
