I was watching a documentary about Jose Vigoa, a man involved in many casino robberies. He was involved in murder during the process of stealing millions of dollars and eluded police for two years before finally being caught. In jail Jose Vigoa has to be moved from cell to cell every few days to prevent him from planning anything in one area. Additionally when venturing to court he has to wear buffers so he cannot use his fingers and under his clothing is an electric belt that delivers 50,000 volts if he tries anything.
