Davis County Refinery Explosion

Fire, explosion reported at Davis County refinery

WOODS CROSS - There's a report of an explosion and fire at a refinery here. Several residents have called the Deseret News saying they could feel their homes shake about 9:15 a.m. A thick plume of black smoke could be seen across the northern part of the valley Wednesday morning. Ref. Source 8
