That depends. For instance, there are people who have suffered of burns or ugly birthmarks who want to make themselves to look better, I think is great that technology has a reach to be a help for this people!.
If someone is not happy with their nose for instance I really don't see anything wrong of doing cosmetic surgery. Now, personally I think it should be a limit. You know, there are people who use it like a dentist visit every month : and they want to change their total appearance, that's wrong.
I agree with LDS_forever on this one and would add that there are obvious abnormalities that science can correct, but the abnormality within, which I think is more about a person that does not love themself is what is bad and using cosmetic surgery to correct that will not work.
Very wise words Model. I have seen where people that already look good go and do all kinds of silly things to their face in the hope of looking better.

I agree with you, LDS. Cosmetic surgery to repairs scars and stuff along that line is ok. But some people, especially celebrities, keep having cosmetic surgery, just because they want to stay looking young and to change their look. This is very bad for your skin and just overall a bad idea. A perfect example of too much cosmetic surgery is to look a Micheal Jackson of the old days to his look of the now.
