Christmas Movies

My favorite time of year for movies and tv shows.
I've got a few.

Miracle on 34th Street
A Christmas Story
Nightmare before Christmas
How the Grinch Stole Christmas (the original 1966 version)
It's a Wonderful Life
A Christmas Carol (the original black and white version [I don't remember what year that came out])
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (1964)

And of course last but not least on my list of favs is: A Charlie Brown Christmas.

Anyone got any favorite Christmas movies and/or Tv shows that just seem to make your holiday season?

You mentioned most of the good ones. I really like It's a Wonderful Life. Jimmy Stewart was one of my favorite actors from that era.

Yea I really like It's a Wonderful Life.

There is another movie I like too, it's sorta old, with Dudley Moore in it. Santa Clause the Movie, I think that's what it's called. It's pretty good. cool.gif

Yay! Someone other than me likes The Nightmare Before Christmas! I know so many people that hate it because it doesn't go along with the original christmas story and it just creeps them out. I own in on special edition dvd...thats how much i like that show.

Yep you listed all the good 'uns, Miss Shady smile.gif My favorite of all time is "It's a Wonderful Life" -- Jimmy Stewart was so young and so cute! And "Miracle on 34th Street is really great, also -- the original with Natalie Wood.. wow, I'm starting to feel old...!!

Nah, I've heard of Miracle on 34th Street or whaterver. You can't be too old. If you were 60-70....then you can say your old. But until then you are still young and athletic...laugh.gif. Alright?
