Also certain makeup products cause acne. You usually get it because of oily skin. So don't worry too much just eat healthy like JB said. And you'll be fine.
JB if I knew all this information when I was a teenager. I had so many problems with acne and now I have the scars to show for it. Thank you for all this information.

Orange juice, leafy greens and berries may be tied to decreased memory loss in men. Eating leafy greens, dark orange and red vegetables and berry fruits, and drinking orange juice may be associated with a lower risk of memory loss over time in men. Source 7z.
