Senate Majority Leader Sheldon Killpack resigns from Utah Legislature

Senate Majority Leader Sheldon Killpack told the Deseret News Saturday he is resigning from the Legislature effective immediately, a day after his arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence. "I feel very strongly that there is personal responsibility. I feel very strongly that an individual should be an addition to what's happening..." Ref. Source 3
