This has to be one of the weirdest films I've watched in awhile. I honestly was laughing through most of it even though a good portion of the scenes were supposed to be gory or borderline horror I didn't get that reaction. I honestly had no attachment to any of the characters because the story, plot and reason to just make a movie was just too far from reality. Who came up with this?

This is it in a nutshell. God is fed up with us. He is so fed up that he sends his own angels to exterminate us. The way he does it is by getting his angels to act as angels of death, they posses bodies and then with these bodies they try to kill a baby. Now here's where it gets puzzling. Michael, one of the generals of god, disobeys god's orders and comes to earth to protect the baby instead of killing it. OK so I know I did not mention who the baby was... Well that is because we aren't told! All we know is that by saving the baby mankind can also be saved. Back to Michael, he comes to save the baby by killing all the possessed bodies of angels. Are you confused yet? The gist of it is that god can command his angels to kill us at anytime and his angels can disobey his orders at anytime. Forget what you know about angels, this movie gives them a whole new definition.

The movie is the pits. Don't watch this if you value your time and intelligence. I'm no religious gal, most I know is a few bible stories, but in all I do know never once did I get angels acting like GI Joe!
Yo Jehovah? A Real Aramaic Hero?
I was on the fence about this movie when I saw the trailers - on one hand you could see what the makers were going for, the style and ominous cosmic battle in the heavens and fate of man being decided... But then they actually show scenes from it, and everybody in the theatre where I was started chuckling, and I felt good I was not the only one. It just looked plain ridiculous. So I actually look forward to seeing it. Thanks for the preview, that gave me the push.
Well that's a downer. I was like planning to see it sometime but I'll just wait it out or not look at it at all I guess.
Jpatt why do you still want to see it after that review?
