I don't get it. Even though I am the mother of a child with autism, I think the whole case is ridiculous. The kids who put the video on Google should be the one being sentenced and like they said in the article, if these people are convicted then every employee of any internet hosting service faces similar liability.

The sicko kids who did this to the autistic teen should face HARSH punishments as far as I am concerned. If you do not set a lesson for these little monsters from now on, they will go and do worst things in the future.
