Zero Based Budgeting
What do you think about Zero Based Budgeting where a company's planners make believe there is no money available for the next year and then justify everything from the ground up?

Budgeting Based Zero
Realistically if you have no money you cannot spend, but I believe it is effective based on planning for profits as the budget. Thus, if you make $10 profit for January then your budget allowance is $10 regardless of what you have as reserves.
