Children - More Observant than Adults?

Out of the mouth of Babes

Ever notice how children are so observant of things that we sometimes take for granted or do not see ourselves? I remember a child once asking while looking at a clock on the wall, why the hands of the clock do not go the other way around (anti-clockwise).

Are there some things that your child has brought to your attention that you did not observe before?

Adults Observant - Children

Felipe has started to notice his world a little more than before, in fact he does this on a daily basis. One of the things he does is copy everything I do, no matter how remote. One example is he goes outside with a bag, closes the door and then knocks to imitate that he is now coming home from work with his bag...

laugh.gif He's soooo cute when he does that JB! smile.gif Other thing Felipe did the other day when we were eating, his dad started coughing and Felipe frowned and said 'your mouth, your mouth' taking his little hand and covering it, teaching to his daddy that when he coughs he must cover his mouth laugh.gif.
