The Game Master says...

Blade yells out as the fangs of the odd looking snake manage to get him in an under covered part of his clothing. The snake then quickly retreats to the forest before you can even think what happened. He feels it burning for about 30 seconds and then it passes and the swelling goes down but you do not feel as strong as you did before.

GM: Blade takes 1HP damage but is not poisoned. Say what you wish to do now.

In the most cautious manner possible you head East and after not to long you come across some fields of unusual looking crops to your right. Your detector does not measure anything hazardous but does indicate some kind of hallucinogenic properties in very small quantities from the plants themselves.

GM: Say what you wish to do now.

The Game Master says...

Dr. Play takes a piece of the plant with his hand. It seems like a regular plant, nothing unusual is apparent. He puts it in his pocket.

GM: Make sure to note that in items. The detector basically gives you an analysis of items that may have a composition that makes it lethal to your health. It does not give any other info or directions of how to use an item.

You head East and come to an intersection going South East and North East.

GM: Say which you wish to go now.

Page 2 RPG Island Mystery

The Game Master says...

You head North East following the trail til you see the beach front. On the beach and near where you are located is a lot of oil residue. You recognize it as possibly being from a large oil rig that is just offshore. It has tainted part of the beach from gray to black. The rig is old and rusted. There are a number of men working around it. They look like they are either repairing or fixing something, you are not sure. On the beach is a guard house of some type. You assume it is for guards because there is about three armed men that generally go in and out of it. The detector only notes the unusual presence of oil but nothing harmful if not digested.

GM: Say what you wish to do now.

Turning back to the trail you head West and then North West. As you follow the trail you begin to hear the sound of machinery ahead. The detector does not reveal anything harmful.

GM: Say what you wish to do now.

The Game Master says...

You stay hidden while trying to observe the cause of the sound you hear. You see some sort of farming machine driven by a man. He is harvesting the crops on the part of land nearer the beach. He has not seen you as far as you can tell. The crops look similar to what you saw earlier, just bigger. You do notice a small house or hut near the fields.

GM: Say what you wish to do now.

As you hide yourselves and continue North you feel sure that the man driving the machinery is unaware of your presence. The detector picks up strong readings of the plant's chemicals as they are being harvested by the machine. It registers as 'safe'. You hear the sound of the machine fade in the distance as you journey further North. You come across a path that goes West. The path continues North also.

GM: Say what you wish to do now.

The Game Master says...

You follow the trail West.

It eventually leads you to a small beach with rocky hill where a large old rusted ship can be found washed up on shore. One side of the rusted ship has a hole big enough for you to pass through into its guts if you want to look inside.

The detector mentions high levels of rusted metal which can be dangerous if you cut yourself and contaminate your blood.

You do not see anyone around on the beach but you cannot tell for inside the ship.

GM: Say what you wish to do now.
