??? Why is it so hard for teenagers to find jobs? Alot of teenagers these days are more responsible, dependable and stable than alot of adults... Why dont employers take chances?

Because I guess that the employers want to make sure the person is serious. If an adult who is also married and have a kid applies for a job, it's obvious that the employer will know the guy is serious about it since he's the provider of the home but a teenager who is not married or have children can quit the job without any explanation, or just don't show etc, you know...not being responsable. But I do agree with you, some teenagers are really responsable probably more than adults but employers don't want to take chances.
