Comments: I've never looked at eating meat like this. Meat has always been on my plate since I can remember and when I ate it I never considered anything about it just like I did not think about the vegetables or potatoes. I will have to think about what I read and saw here and see how I feel about meat the next time I eat it.

I like the video. Next time I eat a juicy steak, I will be able to be more appreciative of the hard work the butcher went through to prepare my meal.

I find it humorous how the video asks the viewers to become vegetarians so that innocent animals are not harmed. What about the poor, helpless plants? Vegetation are living beings as well. They have souls! The fruit of plants are their babies. But, do people feel guilty when they take strawberries and devour them? Plant children are killed everyday. Yet, no one ever cares. Just because a carrot is unable to scream as it is slowly devoured, it doesn't necessarily mean that the carrot cannot feel pain.

Sarcasm? The subject of the video isn't the toil of the butcher.

A carrot is not a sentient being like a chicken, if you can offer proof other than your own opinion that a carrot is a sentient being I would be interested to read it.

I still remember this video which talks about what the process of getting meat - it can really get into you. Some people stop eating meat not just because of the harming of animals to get meat, but also for their personal health as well.

I once thought like that, but plants lack a nervous system (The ability to feel pain) so they are not really harmed nor they don't feel pain, but hey if I was wrong, I would like evidence to how plants feel pain.
