Wireless Optical Mouse?

Have you ever used a wireless mouse? Are they as acurate as the wired ones? If you could recommend a brand please do so. Thanks.

Mouse Optical Wireless

My friend has a wireless mouse for his computer and says it works really good.  I was going to buy one, but when I had the extra money they were out at the store I usually get my computer hardware and software at.  I didn't want to drive all over town to find one.  So, I ended up getting a track ball mouse instead.  The regular mouse that comes with the computer wears out too easily.  I found myself having to keep buying a new one mouse when the other one didn't work anymore.  :smile.gif  The track ball mouse is good, but it did take some getting used to playing some of my flash games and computer games.  But it is supposed to work even if the ball gets scratched up or the rollers inside get dirty.  When we get our other computer we are going to get a wireless mouse for the new one.  Shady likes the wireless one better after using it with my friend's computer.

I really like the optical mouse, I have one... my ex-mother in-law has a cordless one and it works great... my only complaint is the batteries it goes through... Well I think I have a solution....

Check out this new mouse from Logitech... (I really love these guys products biggrin.gif )

I think this will be my next mouse...  ;D

Mouse Optical Wireless

I just got a Dell Wireless Mouse and Keyboard combo kit. The mouse is optical. I love it. I can't say about accuracy since all I do is typing stuff, not graphics. For me, I see no difference. I think it is as accurate as a wired mouse. Maybe even a bit better because sometimes wired versions get hung up on the cord.

Let me warn you though, it only runs on XP systems.

Tenaheff, you showoff! laugh.gif I will have to try that one day if I ever get to it, but see if you can draw with it and let me know how good it is (no rush of course), thanks.

Wireless Optical Mouse?

I will have my son try that this weekend. He is artistic, I am not. Also, he has taken some graphic arts courses so he will be a better judge than I. I will let you know what he thinks.

Wireless Optical Mouse

I wouldn't use anything but now days. Especially with my laptop in which I hate using the touch pad. I find them to be just as accurate as any other mouse just with convenance. I have always been fond of Logitec but Mircrosoft has stamped their name on some very nice re-chargable cordless opticals that I could also recommend.

Wireless Optical Mouse Computer Issues & Video Gaming

I absolutely love my wireless mouse and prefer to use it over my wired mouse. At work, I kept getting the cord hung up on the mouse pad or other stuff on my desk. The wireless mouse eliminated the extra cord and game me more room on my desk to work. I do recommend getting a mouse with the rechargeable batteries if you don't want the aggravation of having to find batteries when they die. My wireless mouse does not have the rechargeable batteries and have to replace them every few months. But I don't mind.
