Comments: It is highly unethical to have the same Board members who were appointed by the PNM to continue operating with a "Business As Usual" attitude at TTEC. It is even more unethical that a former General Manager, who was brought out of retirement and re-installed as the new General Manager, earlier this year by the same very Manning Administration is presently at TTEC. If there is any truth in a recent Newspaper report that the new Minister of Public Utilities, the Hon. Senator Emmanuel George, rejected the letters of resignation from the existing T&TEC board members then this is cause for more concern and alarm at this unethical move. This single act questions the Minister's "better judgement" and allegiances. In light of corruption allegations into the Street Lighting Program and the purchase of the CCA poles at TTEC (a practice which is banned in ALL Developed Nations), the present board of along with other Manning appointees should head for the exit with immediate effect.

I was surprised about the PM's pick for Minister of National Security. Is it that you're supposed to be in the Ministry of Works before you go National Security (siting Jack Warner being there before also). What does he know about crime reduction and criminal justice?
