SleepFast
I was watching an ad for SleepFast and I was thinking that could be super addictive. According to what I saw the tablet puts you to sleep fast and then keeps you in a 'deep' sleep so that you do not get up prematurely during the night. Anyone here ever took SleepFast?

Comments: Sleep Fast is just liquid Melatonin - a natural substance. It's time released in liquid form. Melatonin works for many, not so much for others. You might become psychologically dependent, but it's not addictive in the true sense.

Comments: I have used the Sleepfast and I would agree it worked just like the Melitiona I was taken. But neither keep me asleep all night. Finally just had to give in and let the dr. give me Lunsta, we tried Ambien and it did not work. Hope this does.
Hope you sleep well.
I agree taking pills to sleep to wake to lose weight is scary, at least for me. Meditation and exercise have worked for me so far. I remember having high anxiety in college first year doing way to many late hours getting work done and studying. I found doing push ups and sits ups for 30 to 45 minutes did wonders in clearing it. The meditation to drop the body activity to a sleep mode.
I have not used this and I do not think I ever will. Sleep should come natural, if it isn't then you need to check out your diet or try and relax a little. I've always found bed activities help me rest well (sorry, don't know if I can say that here).

Comments: I have suffered from insomnia on and off for years. It was bad in my early 20's and now that I've hit my 50's it's bad again. I have tried Sleep Fast and it worked very well for me. It didn't leave me groggy as some over-the-counter products can. My problem now is that Sleep Fast seems to have disappeared from the market place and I am at a loss when it comes to being able to get a decent nights sleep.
