I think that if I were living in that kind of an enviroment I would not find it hard to deal with. So yes if that is where I was born, bred and raise. I am living here where I can choose for myself and that is fine.

These women have been told from they were born that this is how their world is being run. So I would not speak out.

I guess that is true, but a lot of these women start to study, develop themselves and start to realize that their freedoms have been severely limited. This is the reason why oppressors like to keep the oppressed as ignorant as possible, because as long as they only know a 'few' things then there is nothing to worry about.

I don't think I would say anything. I agree with Tena - I don't think that I would know any better. And even if I did have some idea of what it was like on the "outside," I don't know that I would risk my life for it, especially if I had children. It probably wouldn't make that big of a difference if I did.
