End of the World? - Page 2

What I really don't understand about these people saying the "End of the World" will be in December 21st, 2012, and what happens when this End of the World doesn't occur? I am sure next time there will be another person will say the End of the World will be in 2014! Or more years after that!

The end of the world has been coming and going more times than I can remember. I think its more of a sensational thing now because of global communications so a date can be published lots faster. I don't know what these doomsday guys really get out of it, must be some kind of 'high' for them.

Felipe, it's just a theory I don't believe it will happen. We will be celebrating 2013 all of us safe and sound, watch and see. People have been prophesying these things since the beginning of times.

No ones knows exactly how the world will end but it will be humans will cause it and no, humans cant stop it unless God wishes to stop it, which I duobt since He told us thousands of years ago that it would occure.

Personally, I don't really care much about these doomsday theories. I'm not religious and I'd rather spend my time focusing on living everyday than to worry about a doomsday.
