I know that I have some mental magic of my own by the use of my mind to keep me healthy and not to have to rely on drugs to make me feel good or to be free of pain. I know I will never be free of pain again but with the use of my mind I do not need any prescription drugs or even over the counter type of pain meds. The pain is there but it is at a low enough level that I can ignore it most of the time.

I use my mind to keep my body from being sick. I can not tell you the last time I took a actual sick day off work for myself because I was ill. I have taken some sick days off work to be with a child or my wife.
